The upcoming fall and winter holiday season can be a joyful one as we gather to celebrate with those we love. It can also be challenging as we may have differences of opinion with individuals, Couples, colleagues and within our communities. The good news is there are paths to connecting with people who have another point of view by discovering what we have in common and learning from our differences. One thing we all share is the need to be heard and understood.
