Updated Board Priorities Focus on YOU

As your new Executive Quartet, we are excited to build on the accomplishments of 2023-24 by sharing our Priorities for 2024-25. Our intention is to continue to build a strong foundation for the future of Couples Coaching Couples.

Inspire Engaging Communication
We are creating innovative ways to reach our members in a coordinated manner utilizing various media, powerful monthly Source Couple calls, an updated CCC website, compelling emails, the quarterly newsletter, and social media, including Facebook and Instagram.

Inspire Powerful Coaching
Effective coaching is a foundational principle of Couples Coaching Couples. We’re excited to inform you of a new page on the website, Coaching Resources, focused solely on how to be more powerful coaches. The monthly national training sessions will also provide additional tools to inspire your Couple and your coaching. Also, our monthly Source Couple calls will feature coaching inspiration for Circles to grow their skills in this area.

Inspire Re-imagined Conventions
With an organization whose membership is spread across the country and beyond, we have previously relied on our annual Convention as a way for couples to come together and create more personal connection. This has worked for some but not all of our members. We’re now inviting all of you to imagine new ways to connect. This could potentially be through regional gatherings or out-of-the-box ideas like our upcoming “re-imagined” 2025 Convention, “CCC you on the Seas” cruise. We are looking forward to your inspired ideas.

Inspire Leadership and Joyful Participation
As a volunteer organization, CCC depends on its members to function. We invite everyone (individual and/or couple) to share your talents and make a difference. There are numerous opportunities, such as being a Source Couple, joining a committee, taking on a short-term project, etc. Come play with us and let your voice be heard. Reach out to any Board member or Ambassador to find out more. We believe that working together and focusing on these priorities will make the best use of our resources and position Couple Coaching Couples for continued growth and sustainability.
