Kick Up Your Coaching Game!

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the newly launched Coaching Resources page, which will be an ongoing and evolving source of inspiration and education for our growth as coaches.

Our intention is to link specific coaching tips from the Member Guidebook to a particular theme that will change from quarter to quarter. We’ll be building an ongoing resource each quarter that will enhance what’s available to our Couples. The page includes short clips which recap training videos, powerful quotes from the Member Guidebook that pertain to the chosen theme, and inspiring coaching tips from outside sources that support our distinctions in Couples Coaching Couples.

Our goal is to bring together ideas from all the different CCC committees so that we become masters of coaching. This in turn will support our quartets and circles in creating greater fulfillment, joy and connection.

We invite you to check out this quarter’s premiere installment of the page, which was inspired by the newly released video on “Reflective Listening.” We feel this simple tool alone can have a profound impact in all of our relationships and will be especially useful during the upcoming holidays.
