Parts of a Reflective Listening Conversation
- Make an agreement to have a reflective listening conversation.
- Set an intention for the conversation.
- Speaker speaks responsibly using “I language”.
- Listener listens to recreate and understand.
- Switch roles (optional)
- Create something new together and tell your coaches.
