Notice of Annual Meeting – 2026

Notice of Annual Meeting of the General Membership of

Couples Coaching Couples, Inc. 

June 28, 2026

12:00noon – 2:30pm Eastern – 9am – 11:30am Pacific

Place of Meeting: Zoom Meeting

Please join the Board of Directors and members of Couples Coaching Couples at our 2026 Annual Meeting.  The business to be conducted at the Annual Meeting will include:

  1. 2025-2026 Board Year Report by the Executive Quartet.
  2. Finance Report.
  3. The election of Director Couples to the Board of Directors of Couples Coaching Couples, Inc. for two-year terms.
  4. Announcement of the recipients of the Distinguished Service Award and Ambassador Award.
  5. Any other business that may be brought before the Meeting for action by the Members.

VOTING

Members may vote in person or by proxy. A Couple that cannot align on a vote abstains from voting. Votes by proxy should be cast by submitting the Member Couple Proxy by Noon on Friday, June 26, 2026.

The CCC Board consists of a maximum of 11 couples. There are five available seats on the Board open to be filled at this year’s annual meeting. All energetic, committed members of CCC are invited to consider joining the CCC Board.  The primary qualifications for serving on the Board are a passion to make the value and benefits of Couple Coaching available to all Member Couples and to the world, and the willingness and ability to devote time to fulfilling the duties of a Director Couple.  The opportunity for a Couple to participate together, as one Director, is unique to CCC, and fosters a couple’s growth and strength as leaders together in the world.  The specific tasks each Board Couple performs are: 

  1. To participate in monthly teleconference meetings of the Board. (Currently the 2nd Sunday of Month).
  2. To participate regularly in asynchronous online discussions of current issues.
  3. To act as liaison to one of the Board committees or initiatives, and to lend support to other committees or initiatives as needed.
  4. To participate as often as possible in the monthly Source Couple calls as a means of partnering with our Source Couples (1st Sunday of Month).
  5. To attend the Annual CCC Convention, including any Board meetings if scheduled around convention.
  6. To participate in Board Workdays as identified by the Board and Executive Quartet. These workdays tend to be on Saturdays in place of the regular Board meeting and are scheduled for approximately 5 hours via virtual conference.
