How CCC’s Leadership Team Shares the Love

Share love through organizational efficiency? What does one have to do with the other? Your executive quartet (EQ) and the board of directors are committed to Sharing the Love in a manner that may seem unusual. We feel that strengthening our internal organizational structure and creating effective leadership serves and empowers our CCC community. This, in turn, allows our members to fully experience and share all the gems of CCC. To this end, we are proud of a major milestone in 2024 — the creation of a new position, “Operations Partner,” that has been filled by Ed Kane from CCC Ya in the Middle. Woo-hoo! Ed will partner with our current operations manager, Michelle Clayton. This collaboration will greatly enhance and streamline communications and the daily operations of our organization.

Additionally, our leadership team will continue to:
  celebrate the successes of our members,
  address any challenges that arise,
  value diverse perspectives, and
  foster a sense of belonging for all.

We believe that when we live our daily lives as Couple, we become a source of happiness and inspiration for those around us. Our Couple functions as a source of strength and joy for ourselves, our community, and the whole world.
