The couples who participate in our groups see their relationship as a "work in progress." In support of this, Couples Coaching Couples provides materials, structures and training that nurture growth toward more fulfilling and loving partnerships.

You can expect to develop an ever increasing awareness of how you interact in your relationship:  what works and what doesn't.  This gives you an ongoing process of discovery and implementation that can take your relationship to new levels of commitment, fulfillment, and authenticity.

A great deal of the work of Couples Coaching Couples takes place within the framework of small groups.  The magic of CCC is in having other couples as committed to the success of your relationship as you are.

It is important to understand that CCC is not psychotherapy, marriage counseling, or pastoral counseling.

We do not espouse political, religious, or cultural beliefs other than respect for all people.  

We are a non-profit organization and, other than modest annual dues, we do not require or suggest the purchase of any products or services provided by CCC or any one else.

    
 

To begin your participation in CCC, you and your partner will receive access to our materials and programs.  These consist of several easy-to-complete modules to orient you to the basic concepts of couple coaching. There are also online live seminars each month where you can learn more and get questions answered.  In addition, there are experienced members available for you to call to get any questions answered.

At the conclusion of the training programs you can decide to join CCC as a full member. The initial commitment is for one calendar year.  Whether you choose to join CCC or not, this training process provides noticeable benefits.  Many people report that they find a new level of connection and intimacy after just a few of the modules.

Once you become a member, you will be paired with an experienced couple trained to assist you and committed to helping you achieve the relationship you want.  In weekly phone calls your “coaching couple” will work with you, responding to the goals, values and wishes that you and your partner have agreed upon.

Your coaching partner will listen for (and teach you how to listen for):

Are your values manifesting in your experience as a couple?
Is your vision of your relationship coming to pass in real and measurable ways?
Are you functioning as a couple in your daily interactions?
How is your couple growing in your understanding and ability to utilize the CCC concepts?

As a couple, you in turn will have the opportunity to provide this same contribution to the other couple in a spirit of reciprocity and mutual respect.

It has often been said that teaching is one of the most effective ways to learn.  As you become immersed in the culture and spirit of Couples Coaching Couples, you will gain invaluable insights into the nature and inner workings of your relationship with your partner.  These insights and the coaching you receive become the toolbox you, as a couple, will draw from to share your newfound knowledge and skills with other members, in a feedback loop that is remarkably fulfilling whether you are receiving, or giving coaching.
